Privacy policy

This website is operated by Altitude Solutions, Inc. (“Altitude Solutions”, “we”, “us”), which designs, installs and services oxygen enrichment systems for homes and properties at altitude. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

When you request a consultation or send an inquiry through the form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message, the kind of inquiry you choose, and anything optional you add, such as a phone number or the town and elevation of your property.

When you call or email us directly, we receive what you choose to tell us. This website never asks for payment details.

Like every website, ours receives technical information when pages are requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider records it in short-lived server logs, which we use only to keep the site working and secure.

We count visits and measure how quickly pages load using privacy-focused analytics that set no cookies and do not identify you or follow you to other websites. The same analytics count a few actions, never what you typed: that a consultation link, our phone number or our email address was used, that the inquiry form was sent and for which kind of inquiry, that a document was downloaded, and that a page menu was opened.

The public website sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. A single functional cookie is used only on the private sign-in page our staff use to edit the site.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, our site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

We use the information you send to reply to you, arrange and carry out a consultation, prepare a proposal, and install and service a system you own. We use technical information to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions: the company that hosts this website, the service that delivers inquiries to our inbox, and our own email provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor business if Altitude Solutions is ever sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you become a customer, to install and service your system. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless we are required by law to keep a record.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write or call using the details at the end of this page and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Every page of this site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need them to help you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
